Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Contract job with a client in Tempe AZ . The candidate is responsible for providing primary telephone support to customers, vendors, and technicians while effectively resolving facility maintenance issues.

Rate Range: $17/hour to $19/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Customer Service Representative job responsibilities include:

• Respond to incoming telephone calls from business customers and utilize judgment to assess facility maintenance requests.

• Generate work orders from customer calls and dispatch them through email, web, or fax within specified timelines.

• Identify and escalate high-priority work orders according to established account procedures.

• Collaborate with customers, vendors, facility managers, technicians, and management to ensure efficient handling of reactive maintenance work.

• Organize and prioritize work to meet or exceed performance standards, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting on work orders.

• Follow customer-specific policies and procedures while managing multiple customer interactions.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and friendly demeanor, demonstrating excellent communication and listening skills.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time, including work order follow-ups and reporting.

• Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, adapting responses to meet unique customer needs.

• Be flexible with availability to help staff at the Customer Solutions Centre operate around the clock as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2-3 years of office-based customer service or call center experience.

• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance services.

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in web-based applications and ability to type with at least 90% accuracy.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
