Job Description:

• Lead and support the Project Management workstream on Workday implementation projects
• This individual will focus on cloud-based data-reporting operations that enhance essential corporate functions such as finance, analytics, planning, and HR
• In this role, you will assist HR and Technology leaders in defining and executing strategies while providing the adaptability needed in a fast-changing world
• Create workplans for complex global engagements, managing risk, budget, and resources
• Resolve day-to-day Workday Project Management issues
• Update Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Support regular and special Project Management processes within Workday
• Architect Workday HCM solutions, considering cross-functional impacts
• Advise clients on best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Implementation experience
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of industry standards and best practices
• Expert knowledge of HR functions and processes
• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
