Pay Range $43.87hr - $48.87hr

• Marketing Events Manager with focus on logistics for .NEXT 2024.
• Daily responsibilities include serving as an event expert, working closely with our content team and internal .
• NEXT team to identify event needs, coordinate logistics and execute event operations.

• Assist Operations lead on all functional space organization and program management.
• Manage event vendors to create a cohesive program specification plan.
• Lead onsite local staff and manage space assignment for all meeting needs.
• Provide PO, contract processing support and assist with management of budget
• Continuously evaluating plans, providing recommendations for enhancements in order to remain competitive in the market.
• Understanding of how events align with the overall marketing and communications strategy of a global organization.
• Manage attendee and employee hotel strategy and execution.
