Our client is a leading steel company that is looking for a Melt Shop Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of workers in all aspects of steel production. You will also collaborate with other leaders to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety across the department and the division. You will also monitor daily operations, costs, projects, process improvements, and contribute to and lead divisional initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Supervisor and/or Manager recommendation
• Proven experience leading in safety, operational knowledge, and team development

Qualifications:

• 2+ year Melt Shop operational experience
• 2+ year experience in a leadership role
• 4 year technical degree or equivalent experience
