What does an Account Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?

The Account Manager promotes growth by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities, and ensuring proper merchandising according to company standards and store agreements.

Responsibilities:

1. Build rapport with decision-makers and manage product orders to maintain inventory levels.
2. Ensure beverage sections, displays, and coolers are properly stocked and maintained.
3. Promote new and promotional items, planning space with store managers to maximize sales.
4. Maintain safe and organized backroom areas.
5. Sell and ensure adherence to yearly Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA).
6. Coordinate with delivery merchandisers to restock and build displays per standards.
7. Manage product quality by removing expired or damaged items.
8. Participate in meetings and support special projects and events.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in CONA, Excel, Outlook, and PDF on iPhone/iPad
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
