Client Records Clerk
LINES OF AUTHORITY: This position is supervised by the Client Records Supervisor. Unless specifically designated, this position does not supervise any other personnel.
POSITION SUMMARY: The main function of this position is to manage the clients Electronic Medical Record (EMR), including: Scanning records received from internal and external sources; Inventorying physical charts for long term storage and retrieve records in a timely manner; Processing the release of information requests in a timely manner while adhering all laws and regulations including HIPAA. Maintains client confidentiality.
