This role involves developing AI/ML models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying abreast of the latest research in AI/ML to enhance our cybersecurity and observability products.Responsibilities Develop and optimize core AI/ML models and algorithms for cybersecurity and observability.Collaborate with software engineers, scientists, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products.Keep updated with AI/ML research and incorporate new advancements into our technology roadmap.Participate in strategic discussions on AI research and product development.Minimum Qualifications PhD in Computer Science or related field, or MS with 2-3 years industry experience.Experience training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).Experience with time series anomaly detection.Strong background in AI/ML, including deep learning, NLP, and unsupervised learning.Proven experience with deploying large-scale models into production.Proficiency with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.Excellent communication skills.Experience in cybersecurity or observability is a plus.Additional Information Splunk offers competitive pay, benefits, and flexible work arrangements.
