Shifts are three 12-hr shifts (6 AM-6 PM; 6 PM-6 AM) and one 4-hr shift per 40-hour workweek. Shift example: Week 1: Work Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Week 2: Work Sun, Wed, Thurs.
