Continental Properties - Area Manager (Arizona Market)

Continental Properties is seeking a multifamily professional to join as an Area Manager for our Arizona Market. This role oversees the successful operation of residential apartment communities within your portfolio.

You will lead a team of Community Managers, ensuring adherence to systems, processes, workflows, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular site visits to communities and assess operational and financial goals.
  2. Motivate and develop your team members.
  3. Provide leadership aligned with company culture and goals.
  4. Ensure compliance with all policies and legal requirements.
  5. Manage budgets to meet financial targets and contribute to Continental's CNOI.
  6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills for Success:

  1. Minimum of 4+ years in area or multisite community management.
  2. Experience leading and managing teams.
  3. Proven ability in managing financials, sales, and marketing.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
