Field Sales Associate
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Kingman, AZ
Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Associate, you will be the face of Wecom Fiber in the neighborhoods we serve. You'll work directly within communities to connect residents to our high-speed internet service, drive subscriptions, and grow local awareness of our brand. This is a customer-facing, field-based role where your energy, communication skills, and drive will translate into new customer relationships and sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with potential residential customers through door-to-door outreach in target neighborhoods.
Clearly communicate the value of Wecom Fiber's products and services with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
Educate prospects about internet speed, reliability, pricing, installation, and service advantages.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
Support local events, pop-ups, and marketing campaigns by representing Wecom Fiber in the community.
Coordinate closely with service availability, marketing, and install teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Use CRM tools and mobile apps to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in real time.
Act as a brand ambassador, building trust and long-term relationships in our communities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in field sales, direct customer contact, or outreach (telecom, utilities, or home services preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a mobile field environment.
Comfortable working outdoors and engaging door-to-door.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in fiber internet, telecom, or a related industry.
Knowledge of the local market or community you'll serve.
Experience using CRM or sales tracking software (e.g., Salesforce).
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
