A "bumper to bumper", "master technician" capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile to dealership and manufacturer's standards without supervision. Automotive Technician High Desert Hyundai is looking for a qualified Service Technician for our fast-expanding dealership! We offer a Competitive Pay plan, Great Benefits, Training, and a strong, steady flow of Customer Pay, Warranty, & Internal work. - Perform Multi Point Inspections. - Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with company and manufacturer standards. - Diagnose cause of malfunction. - Follow all applicable safety requirements. - Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. - Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures. - Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools. - Must maintain manufacturer Expert training levels monthly.
