Customer Success Managers are responsible for managing multiple customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, maintain relevant industry and product knowledge, serve as an advocate and voice of the customer, and coordinate across teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This position will normally work a schedule aligning with Mountain or Pacific time to support customers in those time zones.
