The Director of Life Enrichment is responsible for executing and maintaining ongoing programs of life enrichment activities to meet, in accordance with a comprehensive assessment, the interests, and the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Essential Job Functions Craft vibrant and diverse activities tailored to residents' needs, spanning group social events, indoor/outdoor activities like daily strolls, off-site ventures, spiritual programs, and involving residents in planning. Infuse creativity through engaging arts, crafts, music, drama, and educational sessions, coupled with invigorating exercise activities and personalized attention. Introduce exciting new programs and community outings, gauging their impact and adapting for maximum enjoyment. Innovate continuously to keep the activities program dynamic, offering a variety of fresh, unique initiatives.
